Dada la naturaleza descentralizada de las criptomonedas y la falta de una agencia gubernamental única que las rija, existen varios países intentando regularlo; esto trae grandes desafíos para los profesionales. Por ello, nos involucramos en la tercera Mesa de Trabajo sobre Criptomonedas y Derecho en nuestra alianza.

Es un orgullo ser parte de este gran panel de Alliott Group sobre novedades regulatorias globales relacionadas a criptomonedas. Ofrecimos a otros miembros nuestra experiencia y práctica en el sector y el impacto que tienen en la economía global. La idea es darle a nuestros aliados nuestra visión sobre el tema para brindar un servicio mejor y más global.

Because of the decentralized nature of digital currency and the fact that there is no central entity ruling over it, different countries have tried to regulate crypto assets in their own way. To continue exchanging knowledge and experience with our allies, we became part of the third meeting of our Cryptocurrency Global Practice Group, of a panel of experts providing the latest high-profile and regulatory developments from around the world within the cryptocurrency sector.

We are glad to be part of this great panel of Alliott Global Alliance speaking about regulatory developments from around the world in the cryptocurrency sector. We offered other members our experience and practice around the development of cryptocurrencies and their impact in global economy. The idea is to provide our partners with insights about the regulatory issues concerning crypto globally to provide a better and more global service within AGA.
